A LITTLE HELP BEFORE YOU PLAY

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Everything you need to know about finding a court, checking availability, and booking your next game.

Finding courts

What does CourtFinder do?

CourtFinder helps you compare pickleball court availability across Tagum City. Choose when you can play, how long you want to play, and how many courts you need. Compare matching games, then finish your reservation on the venue’s booking site. New here? Follow our four-step guide.

Do I need a CourtFinder account?

No account is needed to search or browse CourtFinder. The venue’s booking platform may ask you to sign in or create an account when you book.

What’s the difference between Flexible time and Exact time?

Flexible time finds games anywhere inside your available window. For example, a two-hour game between 6 and 10 PM could start at 6, 7, or 8 PM, depending on the venue’s availability and booking rules.

Exact time checks one specific start and game length. Use it when your group already has a fixed schedule.

How far ahead can I search, and which time zone is used?

You can choose today or a date within the next seven days, with a future start time. All dates and times use Philippine time. Start and end times use whole hours, and your time window must be between one and twelve hours. Your game length must fit inside it.

An end time earlier than your start means the game or window continues into the next day.

Can I find several courts at the same venue?

Yes. Increase Courts needed before searching. A match must have all requested courts available together at one venue for the full game. The displayed total covers the selected courts; open View court details to see the breakdown.

How do the Indoor, Outdoor, and Both filters work?

Indoor and Outdoor show courts labeled with that type. Covered outdoor courts count as outdoor. Both includes all types, including courts whose type hasn’t been listed.

What if nothing matches my game?

Try widening your time window, choosing another day, or adjusting your court preferences. When available, we show shorter games inside your window and full-length games at nearby times. These keep your court count and type. Your game is only changed when you choose an option.

Booking & prices

Does choosing a result reserve my courts?

No. Choosing a result rechecks availability, the selected courts, and the quoted total before opening the venue’s booking site. It does not hold or reserve anything, and another player could book before you finish.

Choose the same date, time, and courts on the venue’s site, then complete its booking process. Your reservation is confirmed by the venue.

What does the displayed price include?

The group total covers your selected courts for the displayed game length, using prices from the venue’s booking platform. Final booking fees may be extra. Check the final amount on the venue’s site before confirming or paying.

Why did I stay on CourtFinder after choosing a time?

If your selected courts are no longer available, the price changed, or the new check couldn’t finish, we keep you on CourtFinder to review the result. Refresh the search or choose another option before trying again.

Who handles payments, cancellations, and refunds?

Bookings and payments are handled on the venue’s platform. Contact the venue or its booking provider for confirmation, changes, cancellation rules, or refunds. CourtFinder doesn’t take payments or manage reservations.

Availability & listings

How fresh are the results?

Each result shows when its venue was checked. Checks can be reused for up to five minutes; older availability disappears. After you search, automatic refresh runs while the page is visible, unless you turn it off. It pauses when the tab is hidden. Select Refresh now for a new check.

We also recheck your chosen game before continuing to booking. Availability can still change before checkout.

Why are results slow or some venues missing?

Venue booking sites respond at different speeds, so results appear as each check finishes. Some searches can take more than a minute. A venue won’t appear as available if its schedule couldn’t be verified or it doesn’t match your game. Other successful results remain usable.

Browse All venues for listings and direct booking links, or try refreshing your search.

What do Search here, Book directly, and Coming soon mean?

Search here lists venues whose availability CourtFinder can check. Book directly lists venues whose schedules you need to view on their own booking sites. Coming soon identifies venues listed as not yet taking bookings on the source platform.

Directory court counts show listed capacity, not how many courts are free for your game. The directory covers the venues we track and may not include every court in Tagum.

Can I share available times with my group?

Yes. After searching, select Save image to download available times with court details, prices before fees, and check timestamps. Long lists may create several numbered images to download.

Saved images are records of a past check and don’t update. Return to CourtFinder to check current availability before booking.

How do I add my venue or report an incorrect listing?

Visit Add your court for the Facebook contact and the details to send. For a correction, include the venue name, what needs updating, and a current booking link if you have one. Listing requests are reviewed, and search support depends on the booking platform.
